All people struggle with food yearnings. And exactly what is a craving? Additionally, another chemical reaction that triggers your yearnings includes Serotonin, our bodies' feel-good hormone. When your body has a low level of Serotonin it tries to compensate by forcing you click here to ingest sugar or carbohydrates to raise blood sugar level and Serotonin levels.

But carbs (such as sugar) just release a short burst of serotonin, rapidly fading after being ingested and digested; when Serotonin levels and blood sugar levels fall back down, the yearning returns.

Adrenal Tiredness

If you are stressed, not received a peaceful night sleep, or are simply plain tired for no specific factor you are most likely struggling with adrenal fatigue.
